These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Lava Concepts’ cleaning services and website. By booking a service or submitting a quote request, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. About Lava Concepts

2. Booking and Quotes
- All quotes are free and non-binding until confirmed in writing (via email or WhatsApp).
- A booking is confirmed once Lava Concepts has acknowledged your requested date and time.
- Quoted prices are valid for 14 days from the date of issue.
- Prices may change if the scope of work differs materially from the original description provided.
- Mattress cleaning prices as published on our website are fixed and require no separate quotation.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a call-out fee at our discretion.
- We reserve the right to reschedule appointments in the event of illness, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as possible.
4. Access to Property
- You must ensure that our team has safe and unobstructed access to the property at the agreed time.
- If access cannot be gained and no prior notice was given, a call-out fee may apply.
- You agree to inform us of any hazards, fragile items, or areas that require special attention before the clean begins.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
- We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 24 hours of the clean.
- We will return to remedy the issue at no additional cost.
- The guarantee does not apply to issues resulting from pre-existing conditions, damage, or client-supplied products.
6. Liability
- Lava Concepts takes great care with your property. In the unlikely event of accidental damage caused by our team, please notify us within 24 hours with photographic evidence.
- Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item at current market value, up to a maximum of the total service fee paid.
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items that were not disclosed as fragile or valuable prior to the clean.
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages.
7. Client Responsibilities
- Please secure or remove valuables, cash, and irreplaceable items before our team arrives.
- Pets should be safely contained during the clean for the safety of both your pets and our team.
- Ensure the property has access to water and electricity where required for the service.
8. Payment
- Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Accepted payment methods: Cash, EFT (bank transfer), or card where available.
- For EFT payments, payment must reflect before the team departs, or alternative arrangements must be agreed in advance.
9. Eco-Friendly Products
Lava Concepts uses only eco-friendly, non-toxic, biodegradable cleaning products. We do not use harsh chemicals. If you have specific product requirements or allergies, please inform us when booking.
10. Website Use
- The content on this website is provided for informational purposes only.
- You may not reproduce, distribute or modify any content from this website without our written permission.
- We reserve the right to update or change our services, pricing and website content at any time.
11. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Western Cape.
